The Problem
Express Notary and Apostille approached 42 North Marketing with the goal of improving their online presence, including the revamp of their websites (three in total), their social media, as well as their paid search.
What we did
We started the project by thoroughly understanding the brand, the different offerings, and the purpose behind each website. Then we worked with the client to create a set of brand guidelines, which were subsequently used to ensure the consistency of the brand. We improved the design and the functionality of the three websites, kicked off the social media presence, and launched a brand new Google Ads campaign that yielded ROAS of 5+ in the first 60 days of the campaign.
Outcome
Within three months of 42 North taking over the marketing, SJSM experienced an 18% increase in leads, 21% increase in paid applications and 19% enrollment growth, all while keeping the marketing spend in line with the previous year.
